In the morning, I heated it again, and the purple taro was completely melted, and it was sticky with the rice. It smelled so good, very fragrant. It was sweet and delicious. I drank the whole bowl of porridge in a short time. After eating it, I recalled the taste after a whole morning. It was the taste of taro. I went back at noon to taste it again, and it was indeed the taste of taro. The rice and taro were melted, and the pot was like rice paste, and the purple color made people like it at first sight. This pot of porridge is very popular and is eaten very quickly. When I have time tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, I will buy it again.

Ingredients for taro porridge

Half a taro

1 cup jasmine rice

30g minced meat

1 small piece of ginger

1 tsp salt

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon chicken stock

Two teaspoons chopped green onion

How to make taro porridge

1 Put water in a pot, bring to a boil, add fragrant rice and add one or two drops of olive oil.

2 After boiling again, turn to medium heat for about half an hour. Stir occasionally during this period, otherwise the pot will easily get stuck.

3 Add taro, add minced ginger after about fifteen minutes, and season with salt and sugar according to taste.
