Heat a frying pan over high heat, sprinkle in the raw pine nuts, and turn down the heat to dry them. Stir frequently with a spatula to make the pine nuts roll and have an even color. Add about 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of water along the edge of the pot, cover the pot and simmer for 3 minutes. Open the lid, add the pine nuts, and stir-fry evenly over high heat.

Corn silk drink: Wash 30g corn silk, add 500g water, cook on low heat for 30 minutes, let stand for a while, filter out the juice, add sugar and drink it in moderation. It can be diuretic, reduce swelling, reduce jaundice and lower blood pressure. It can be used as a therapeutic drink for patients with edema, hypertension and chronic nephritis.

Home remedy for infant eczema: Choose an appropriate amount of cabbage or white cabbage (other fresh vegetables are also OK), chop the leaves and pour into boiling water to cook for 15 minutes to make vegetable puree.
