1. Cornmeal steamed bread

Take an appropriate amount of corn flour, put it in a container, stir it with chopsticks and pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water to make it into a ball. Then, use your hands to pinch the shape of the steamed corn bread. Then, boil the water in the steamer, put the pinched corn bread in the steamer, and steam it over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Friends who like sweets can add an appropriate amount of white sugar when kneading the dough. In order to make it more delicious, you can also add some raisins, candied dates, etc. Even, you can add appropriate flour. Note: Corn flour must be prepared with boiling water. If cold water is used, the taste is not as good as that prepared with boiling water; The bottom of the corn bread must be pushed out with the thumb to make a hole. This method is mainly to make the corn bread heated evenly and cooked quickly.

2. Corn Cake

Take the right amount of cornmeal and flour, the ratio can be determined according to your own preferences, add the right amount of yeast powder, and then mix it with 30-40 degrees warm water (cold water can also be used), stir it into a thick paste in a container, then put a steaming cloth in the steamer (you can choose a new mask, disassemble it and wash it), then pour the mixed batter into the steamer, and steam it over high heat for 10-15 minutes. After it cools down a little, cut it into diamond-shaped blocks with a knife. Similarly, you can add white sugar in advance, and you can also sprinkle some preserved fruits on the surface after steaming.

3. Cornmeal pot stickers

Take an appropriate amount of corn flour, put it in a container, stir it with chopsticks and pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water to make it into a ball. Use a larger iron pot (cast iron pot), add half of the pot bottom water, make the mixed dough into an oval pancake (like an olive shape) as long as the palm, and then stick it all over the hot pot. Then add some water, cover the pot tightly, and steam it over medium heat for half an hour before you can eat it. The pot stickers made in this way have a layer of yellow rice crust on the bottom, which is very fragrant! Operation Note: The iron pot should be as large as possible to avoid adding water in the middle of the process, which will make the pot stickers open. If you are afraid that the pot stickers will slide into the water, you can make a circle in the middle of the pot bottom with iron sheet, which is just the same as the height of the water.

4. Cornmeal cake

This is a method similar to Western pastries, which is more in line with modern people's tastes. Put milk and sugar into a container and stir well for later use. Put cornmeal and baking soda into the container and mix well. Pour in the prepared milk and egg liquid and stir well to make a thick paste. Grease the steaming bowl with oil, place the preserved fruit on the bottom, pour the cornmeal paste into the steaming bowl, and steam for 10-15 minutes.
