3. Cover the steamer with a wet cloth, pour the fermented cornmeal into the steamer, spread it flat, and steam it over high heat for about 15 minutes.

4. Place the steamed cake on a chopping board, let it cool, cut into 6 cm square pieces and it is ready to eat.

Cornmeal bean porridge

[Main ingredients]: 50 grams of corn flour, 20 grams of soybeans.
