2. How to make snowy mooncakes Step 1: Pour condensed milk into a bowl, then add milk and stir thoroughly. Step 2: Then add oil, powdered sugar, starch, and rice flour in turn, stir thoroughly, and then add glutinous rice flour. Step 3: After mixing thoroughly, pour the paste without particles into a stainless steel bowl. Step 9: Turn the mold upside down and pat out the snowy mooncake, put it in the refrigerator and wait for consumption.
