Foods made from sweet potato leaves are even served on the tables of hotels and restaurants. In China, sweet potato leaves are not sold in urban supermarkets. After harvesting sweet potatoes, farmers throw the leaves and stems on the ground or use them as feed for livestock, which is a pity.
