5 small potatoes, 200g kidney beans, 100g pork belly, 100g wide noodles

How to cook potatoes and beans:

1. Peel the potatoes, cut into small dice and soak for later use.

3. Wash the pork belly, cut into thin slices and add a little starch.

6. Then add the wide noodles and simmer on low heat for about ten minutes. Stir frequently in the middle to prevent the wide noodles from sticking to the pan.

2. There is no need to blanch the pork belly, just stir-fry it directly. The excess fat produced by stir-frying can be controlled, and the pork belly cooked in this way will taste fat but not greasy.

3. Remember the order in which the ingredients are added to ensure the best taste in the end.

4. The size of the meat and potato cubes determines the final stewing time. If the cubes are larger, please extend the stewing time appropriately.

5. After peeling, potatoes should not be cooked immediately. They should be soaked in cold water to prevent them from turning black. However, be careful not to soak them for too long to avoid loss of nutrients such as water-soluble vitamins.
