Potatoes stewed with kidney beans is my best dish. My husband and son love it very much. So today I will tell you how to make it:

Ingredients: 300g kidney beans, 300g potatoes, 50g pork slices, some onions and ginger. Ingredients: peanut oil, salt, noodle sauce (northern way of eating), chicken essence

method:

1. First, break the kidney beans into pieces (about one inch), cut the potatoes into pieces, and then cut the green onion and ginger into strips for later use.

2. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan, add the noodle sauce and fry it for a while, add the scallion and ginger, stir-fry the meat slices, add a small spoonful of soy sauce, pour the kidney beans and potatoes into the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes, then add water.

3. After the water boils, add salt and continue to stir-fry for a few more times. After about 10 minutes, add chicken essence and serve.

Main ingredients: kidney beans, potatoes, pork. Side ingredients: one peppercorn, two star anise, one packet of bone broth, onion, ginger, soy sauce, salt, chicken powder, pepper.

6. Add bone broth, water, potatoes, aniseed, and peppercorns

7. Stew for about 20 minutes

8. Add salt and chicken essence to the soup

Ingredients for stir-fried kidney beans: kidney beans, minced pork, ginger, garlic, dried chili peppers, olives, salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and oil. Method: 1. Chop ginger into minced pieces, smash garlic into small pieces, and cut dried chili peppers into sections. Wash and cut kidney beans into sections, and blanch them in hot water until half cooked. 2. Heat oil in a pot, add minced pork and stir-fry until it changes color, add a little cooking wine, and set aside. 3. Wash the pot, heat oil again, add dried chili peppers, minced ginger, and garlic, stir-fry kidney beans until the surface is evenly coated with oil, add a little light soy sauce, a little water, cover the pot and simmer over medium heat. 4. When the surface of the kidney beans is somewhat burnt and the skin is wrinkled, add minced pork, stir-fry evenly, add light soy sauce and olives, and finally season with salt, set aside and serve. Tips: 1. Kidney beans contain toxins when they are not ripe, so make sure the beans are cooked before eating. 2. Olive paste is salty, so when adding salt, be sure to control the amount to avoid it being too salty.
