200 grams of dried broad beans, a small bowl of sauerkraut, and appropriate amounts of seasonings such as oil, salt, ginger, garlic, chili, and MSG.

1. Soak the prepared dried broad beans in clean water the night before. After cooking the next day, remove the skin and wash them for later use.

2. Prepare the sauerkraut, peel the garlic and flatten it, wash the ginger and flatten it with a knife, wash the chili and cut it into sections for later use. Also, boil some water in a pot for later use.

3. Add cooking oil to the wok, heat it, then add the chili, garlic and ginger and stir-fry. After the aroma comes out, you can add the prepared sauerkraut.
