1. Ingredients: 400 grams of soybeans, 10 grams of green onions, 10 grams of ginger, appropriate amounts of pepper, aniseed, cinnamon, salt and sesame oil.

2. Remove impurities from the soybeans and soak them in clean water for a day. Then wash them clean and take them out for later use.

3. Wash all the onions and ginger, cut them into small pieces, then put water in the pot, put the soybeans in and boil them over high heat.

4. Remove the foam that appears on the top of the pot after boiling, then add all the prepared seasonings and the chopped green onion and ginger.

5. Turn the heat to low and cook until the soybeans are soft. Then add an appropriate amount of salt and finally drizzle some sesame oil. The stewed spiced soybeans are ready.

Papaya, soybean and pig's trotter soup

1. Ingredients: 300 grams of papaya, one pig's trotter, 100 grams of soybean stew, and appropriate amounts of onion, ginger, and cooking wine.

2. Divide the pig's trotters into small pieces, wash them, and blanch them in boiling water to remove the fishy smell.

3. Put water in the pot, add onion, ginger and cooking wine, bring to a boil, then put soybeans and pig's trotters in and simmer over low heat for two hours.

4. Remove the papaya skin and seeds, cut into pieces, and put them back into the pot after simmering for two hours. Continue to simmer for half an hour over low heat.

5. After the soup is cooked, simmer it in the pot for a while, then add a small amount of salt and sesame oil before serving.
