200 grams of dried bamboo shoots, 200 grams of pork belly, and appropriate amounts of salt, green pepper, minced garlic and ginger.

How to make stir-fried pork with dried bamboo shoots

1. Soak the dried bamboo shoots in water for at least three or four hours, then take them out, remove the skin, and cut them into strips of your choice for later use.

2. Wash the prepared pork belly and cut it into slices of your favorite shape. When choosing pork belly, choose fatter meat so that it can absorb enough oil when stir-frying the dried bamboo shoots.
