What foods to eat when you have tonsillitis

1. Diet therapy method 1: Raw loofah juice

Take two fresh loofahs, slice them, mash them, and add honey. The amount you take once can be divided into two doses. The effect is remarkable.

2. Method 2: Sour Plum and Green Fruit Soup

Take 6 grams of sour plums, 25 grams of green fruit (olives), and an appropriate amount of white sugar. Soak the sour plums and green fruit in a casserole for half a day, then boil them, and add white sugar to taste when serving.

3. Tea that can be drunk for tonsillitis

Honeysuckle tea, 15-20g of cold medicine, 10-15g of honeysuckle, and appropriate amount of rock sugar. Boil the three ingredients in water and drink as tea.

Rhizoma Cibotii root tea: 30 grams of Rhizoma Cibotii root, appropriate amount of rock sugar, boil in water and drink as tea.

Rock sugar and Wood Butterfly drink: Cut 3 grams of Wood Butterfly into pieces, put appropriate amount of rock sugar in a bowl, brew with boiling water, soak in warm water for 10 minutes, and drink instead of tea.

Radish green fruit tea: 1 fresh white radish, 8 green fruits (olives), a little rock sugar. Boil the three ingredients in water and drink.
