Ingredients for Fried Chicken and Cabbage

One chicken leg, half an onion, 300 grams of cabbage, one tablespoon of soy sauce, a little salt and cooking wine. Some cooking oil.

Steps to cook fried chicken and cabbage

1. Wash the chicken legs, remove the leg bones, cut them into thicker slices, put them in a bowl, add soy sauce, cooking wine and a small amount of salt and marinate for about half an hour.

2. Wash the onion and cut it into shreds, then soak it in cold water for later use. Wash the cabbage as well, and tear it into small pieces by hand for later use.

3. Pour cooking oil into the pot, heat it to 70% hot, then add the chicken slices and stir-fry. After the chicken slices change color, you can move them to one side of the pot.

4. Put onion shreds in the other side of the pot, stir-fry until the onion becomes soft, then add a small amount of water, light soy sauce and salt and stir well.

5. Finally, add the shredded cabbage pieces into the pot and stir-fry over high heat. Turn off the heat after the cabbage becomes soft.

6. After turning off the heat, take out the cabbage and put it on a plate immediately, otherwise the crisp and tender taste of the cabbage will disappear, and the nutrition of this dish will be greatly reduced.
