Cold Enoki Mushrooms

1. Prepare the ingredients for cold enoki mushrooms (enoki mushrooms, green peppers, ham, carrots)

2. Wash the carrots and cut into thin strips.

3. Cut the ham into strips and set aside (you can also cut it into granules if you like).

4. Wash and trim the green peppers and cut into shreds.

5. Remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms, wash them clean, and tear them apart with your hands (the roots should be cut longer, otherwise they will not be as crispy).

6. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Then put the green peppers, carrots and shredded ham into the pot and blanch them. After blanching, put them in cold water for a while and then take them out to cool them down.

7. Put the enoki mushrooms into the pot and blanch them with water.

8. Rinse the blanched Enoki mushrooms with cold water.

9. Add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence and sesame oil to the blanched enoki mushrooms, green pepper shreds, carrot shreds and ham shreds, mix well and it is ready to eat.
