Pickled peppers, also known as pepper pickles, are a delicious specialty dish that goes well with rice. They can be stored for a long time after being made, and the pickle soup can be used repeatedly to pickle a variety of dishes. Many people may wonder how to pickle pickled peppers, which are so good? The most important step in pickling pickled peppers is the preparation of pickled pepper soup. I am a native Sichuanese, and I have my own unique way of doing this. Now I will give you a few tips so that you can easily learn how to pickle pickled peppers.

Pickled Bubble Peppers

Preparation of pickled pepper soup

1. When preparing kimchi soup, you must buy coarse salt, or directly buy special pickling salt. In addition, you must prepare purified water and pepper and aniseed to glue ginger and garlic.

2. Boil purified water in a pot, add coarse salt and dissolve it, then add peppercorns and other condiments, cook for three to five minutes, turn off the heat and let it cool. At this time, peel the garlic, wash the ginger and cut it into slices, and put them directly into the soup after it cools down.

Pickling steps for bubble peppers

1. Prepare a kimchi jar, wash it with clean water, disinfect it with boiling water, and then dry it. Put the prepared kimchi soup in the jar for later use.

2. Wash the fresh peppers with clean water, remove the damaged parts, cut off the stems, and then use scissors to cut a few small holes on the peppers. After draining the water, soak the peppers in kimchi soup and marinate them.

3. Seal the mouth of the jar when pickling. In order to prevent air from entering, you can pour some clean water on the mouth of the jar. This can achieve a good fermentation effect. After about two weeks, the peppers will be ready. You can take them out and eat them whenever you want. In addition to pickling peppers, this kimchi soup can also be used to pickle cucumbers, green beans and other dishes. The taste is pretty good.
