How to make leek juice and ginger juice

For some foodies who are keen on home cooking, knowing all kinds of recipes and how to make all kinds of dishes is a kind of enjoyment. Among the foods, in addition to ordinary dishes, freshly squeezed vegetable juice has also become a trend. For foodie friends, the editor would like to recommend two dark juices, namely, material juice and ginger juice. However, because these two drinks are very heavy in taste, people may not try them easily in daily life, so they don’t know much about their methods. Then the most urgent thing is to learn and take a look at the production steps!

How to make leek juice and ginger juice

1. First, prepare the two raw materials, leek and ginger. It is best to use young ginger, which is not as spicy as old ginger and tastes so pungent. Young ginger has the taste of ginger, but it is not so unpalatable. It is most suitable for making juice. When processing, be sure to thoroughly clean the leek and young ginger.

2. Use a knife to cut the chives and ginger into small pieces, so that it will be easier to put them into the juicer and there will not be too much waste. Then add some sugar to the chives and ginger to adjust the taste. Since the taste of these two ingredients is relatively strong, you can add some freshly squeezed juice to squeeze them together for taste consideration.

3. Finally, you can put the prepared leeks and ginger into the juicer to squeeze the juice, and wait for about 1 minute to use the fresh juice. It is best to let the juice settle slightly and then filter out the residue, otherwise the taste will be compromised when drinking. Although the nutrition is there, the taste cannot be ignored.
