How to make cold daylily salad

Day lily is one of the most common cold dishes in our lives. As the weather gets hotter, it is time to eat cold dishes with draft beer. People often say that day lily is cold, so before summer officially arrives, I will introduce to you the method of making cold-mixed day lily.

How to make cold-mixed daylily?

1. The process of making day lily is very simple, but you must pay attention to the details, otherwise the taste will be very different after it is out of the pot. First, soak the day lily in cold water for half an hour after washing it, then cut the cucumber and carrot into shreds, and finally prepare the necessary seasonings such as onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and MSG.

2. When cooking the daylily, you must add some oil. Now pour clean water into the pot, put the daylily in, and then pour a little oil into the pot. Cook slowly over medium heat. Don't be in a hurry. The daylily will be cooked in about five minutes. Take out the daylily and set aside. Then use the same method to process the shredded carrots before and serve.

3. Although day lily is a cold dish, it is also fried. It is only served cold at the end. Prepare the day lily and shredded carrots, add a little oil to the pot, and when the oil boils, add onions, ginger, and garlic to start sautéing. Finally, pour the shredded carrots and day lily into the pot, then stir-fry. It will be ready in about two minutes. Then pour in appropriate amounts of vinegar and salt.
