Fish-flavored eggplant

【Ingredients】: 2 long eggplants, about 500 grams;

6. Add chopped onion, garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Add the eggplant strips and stir-fry evenly.

8. Pour in the sauce and stir well.

Sweet and Sour Fried Eggplant Shreds

[Main ingredients]: 2 eggplants, some minced meat, some leeks, some onion and garlic slices, some tomato sauce, some salt, some sugar, some chicken essence

⒈Wash and peel the purple eggplant, and cut into thin strips.

2. Wash and cut the leeks into sections, slice the onions and garlic, and prepare the tomato sauce.

3. Put a little oil in the pan and add onion and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Add the minced meat and stir-fry until all the oil in the minced meat is fried out.

Ingredients: 2 mangoes, 1 eggplant, bell pepper, salad oil, mint leaves, starch, onion, ginger, garlic, salt, MSG, vinegar, black sesame, soy sauce, sugar
