How to make wild mushrooms

Method 1

Method 2

1. Cut the king oyster mushroom and chives into shreds.

2. Pour oil into the pan, preheat it slightly, add the chopped king oyster mushrooms and leeks and stir-fry over high heat for a few times.

3. Add salt, soy sauce and sugar and continue to stir-fry for a while.

4. Add appropriate amount of water and stir-fry for two minutes before serving.
