Delicious and tempting jams have always been very popular in the market. Recently, a mixed jam made of passion fruit and pitaya has appeared on the market. It retains the rich aroma of passion fruit and the rich nutrition of pitaya. It has excellent taste and high nutritional value. It has many benefits to the human body after consumption. But how should this kind of jam be made? I will tell you in detail later.

Production method 1

1. To make passion fruit and dragon fruit jam, you need to prepare 300 grams of passion fruit, 300 grams of pitaya, an appropriate amount of stevia leaves, 2 grams of Panax notoginseng, 300 grams of maltose, 50 grams of rock sugar, and a clean glass bottle.

2. Wash the prepared passion fruit with clean water, cut it in the middle with a knife, and then take out the pulp and juice inside. Then cut the dragon fruit in the middle, take out the pulp inside and cut it into small cubes for later use.

3. Put the passion fruit juice, pulp and dragon fruit pulp in a pot and simmer over low heat. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon while cooking to avoid burning. Also, remove all the floating foam during the cooking process.

4. After boiling, put the prepared rock sugar into the pot. After the rock sugar melts, put the maltose in the pot, then put in stevia leaves and Panax notoginseng, and simmer until the pulp in the pot becomes a thick paste. Then you can turn off the heat, wait for them to cool down, and then put them directly into a clean glass bottle for storage.

Production method 2

1. There is a relatively simple method to make passion fruit and pitaya jam. When making it, you need to prepare the passion fruit and pitaya in a one-to-one ratio, then take out their pulp, put them all in a food processor, and beat them into a paste.

2. After taking out the prepared fruit puree, put it in a small bowl, add the prepared amount of rock sugar, and marinate for 3 to 4 hours. After the rock sugar is completely melted, put them directly into the pot and boil them. You can boil it over high heat at the beginning, and then simmer over low heat. When the fruit puree in the pot is almost transparent and turns into a sauce, you can turn off the heat.

3. If you want to keep your passion fruit and dragon fruit jam longer, you can add an appropriate amount of lemon juice when making it. This can not only enhance the flavor and freshness, but also prevent it from spoiling.
