Steps for cooking yellow croaker

1. Wash the yellow croaker, carefully remove the internal organs, and leave a knife mark about 2 cm long on both sides of the fish (to help it be transparent when frying).

2. Cut the pork into thin strips about 5 cm long, respectively, according to the fat and lean parts.

3. Cut the onion into sections, cut the ginger into shreds, and slice the garlic for later use.

4. Add oil to the pan and preheat it. When it is about 80% hot, put in the yellow croaker and fry it patiently. When the surface turns light yellow, you can take it out.
