Steps to marinate grilled pork chops

1. Wash the prepared pork chops with clean water to remove moisture, put the soup soy sauce, sake, MSG, sugar and water together, mix well, then add beef powder, MSG and pepper powder, mix well and set aside.

2. Wash the ginger, garlic, pear and onion with clean water, blend them into a paste in a blender, put them into the prepared soup, add sesame oil and cooked sesame seeds and mix well, then put them in the refrigerator, take out an appropriate amount and apply it directly on the surface of the pork chops evenly.
