Winter health porridge 1.

Lotus seed porridge: 50 grams of lotus seeds, 50 grams of glutinous rice, and a spoonful of brown sugar.

Soak lotus seeds in boiling water, remove the core, pour into the pot, add water, and cook on low heat for half an hour. Then wash the glutinous rice and pour it into the pot, add water, and cook on high heat for 10 minutes. Pour in the lotus seeds and soup, add sugar, and simmer on low heat for half an hour. Eat for breakfast or as a snack in the afternoon.

It has the effects of nourishing the middle and drying dampness, strengthening the spleen and warming the stomach, stopping diarrhea and astringing sweat, calming the mind and consolidating essence. It is suitable for patients with cold stomach, fear of cold, diarrhea when encountering cold, and poor sleep.

Note: The lotus seeds need to be soaked in boiling water for a few hours in advance so that they will not be hard when cooked, because lotus seeds are very resistant to cooking and are not easy to rot.

Winter health porridge 2.

Codonopsis and jujube tea: 15 grams of Codonopsis, 10 jujubes, and 3 grams of dried tangerine peel.

Decoction the above three ingredients and drink it as tea. Take twice a day, 7 days as a course of treatment.

Nourishes the stomach and reduces inflammation. Mainly used to treat chronic gastritis.

Millet and jujube porridge: 50 grams of millet, 30 grams of peanuts, 10 jujubes, and 30 grams of honey. Add water to the first three ingredients and cook them into porridge, then add honey and stir well.

Longan meat porridge: 100g longan meat (i.e. longan meat), 100g rice. Cook together

Tonic and Qi-boosting porridge: 20 grams of Codonopsis pilosula, 30 grams of roasted Astragalus membranaceus, 200 grams of polished rice, and appropriate amount of white sugar.

Wet the codonopsis and astragalus with water and slice them, boil them twice, and extract 50 grams of concentrated medicinal juice. Wash the polished rice and cook it into porridge. When the porridge is cooked, add the codonopsis and astragalus juice and cook for a while. Add sugar to taste.

It can replenish qi deficiency, improve deficiency and resist aging. (Cooking 50g of walnut kernels and 60g of rice together also has this effect)

Winter health porridge 8

Longan and lotus seed porridge: 30 grams of longan, 30 grams of lotus seeds, 10 red dates, 60 grams of glutinous rice, and appropriate amount of white sugar.

Soak lotus seeds in boiling water and remove the cores. Remove the pits from jujubes and cook with longans. Add sugar when serving.

Nourishes the blood, heart and spleen, strengthens the brain and improves intelligence.

Winter health porridge 9.

Rock sugar lily porridge: 50g lily, 100g millet, a little rock sugar. After cooking, add rock sugar to dissolve before eating. Take twice a day to clear the lungs and relieve cough, nourish the heart and calm the mind.

Black sesame porridge: 30 grams of black sesame, 100 grams of polished rice (polished rice is sold in supermarkets, not ordinary rice)

First, fry the black sesame seeds and grind them into powder, then cook them together with the japonica rice into porridge.
