When making corn soup, you need to prepare 300 grams of sweet corn kernels, eggs, and two water starches. Put an appropriate amount of water in a pot and heat it. After boiling, add the prepared sweet corn, then add a small amount of table salt and sugar and an appropriate amount of chicken essence to season, then heat and boil. Thicken it with water starch to make it into a thick soup, then crack the eggs into the pot and mix well to make egg flowers. When it is done, turn off the heat and serve.

2. Method 2

When making corn soup, you can also prepare 64 grams of fresh shrimp and corn, 30 grams of pineapple, 25 grams each of wolfberry and peas, an appropriate amount of rock sugar and pea starch. Wash the prepared fresh corn, add an appropriate amount of water, and steam it in a pot for one hour. After taking it out, cut the pineapple into granules of the same size as the corn kernels, put it into the pot, add the prepared rock sugar and water, heat them to a boil, then dilute the pea starch with water and thicken it. After mixing well, boil it again and it can be served.
