1. Cut off the top of the pomegranate first;

3. Use a knife to cut a few times along the white veins of the pomegranate. Don't make the cut too deep, just enough to cut through the pomegranate skin.

4. After cutting along the white tendons, you can see that the top petals have been separated from the tendons and bones in the middle. For the unseparated parts, we will use rotary cutting;

5. Pinch the middle tendon and gently rotate it upward to remove the middle tendon;

6. Just gently break them apart along the cut petals. It tastes very light.

7. Remove the fruit pulp
