2. Soak sago in advance to make it cook faster

When cooking tapioca pearls, you can soak them in clean water in advance so that the tapioca pearls can absorb enough water. When soaking, you can add five times the amount of clean water as the tapioca pearls. The soaking time should be between three and four hours. After soaking, put it into the pot and boil it. After boiling, cook it for three or four minutes and the tapioca pearls will be cooked through.

3. Sago cooks faster if cooked repeatedly

When cooking tapioca pearls, you can put the tapioca pearls into a pot, add water and bring to a boil, then cook for two minutes, pour out the water in the pot, add new cold water, and continue cooking. Stir after boiling, cook for two minutes, pour out the water, add cold water, repeat this three or four times, and finally cook for five minutes continuously. The tapioca pearls will become transparent and there will be no hard spots in the middle. At this time, the tapioca pearls are cooked and can be eaten according to your taste.
