1. Preparation of ingredients for yam and chicken porridge

What you need for Chinese yam and chicken porridge is rice, fresh Chinese yam, ginger, salt, and most importantly, chicken porridge. Chicken breast is recommended. Also, prepare some lettuce leaves and vegetable oil.

2. How to make yam and chicken porridge

Step 1: Wash the rice and soak it for half an hour.

Step 2: Wash the yam and lettuce, then slice and shred them. Peel the ginger and shred it.

Step 3: After cleaning the minced chicken, chop it into minced chicken and marinate it with salt, starch and vegetable oil.

Step 4: Cook a pot of porridge, and when the porridge is almost half cooked, add the minced chicken.
