When making vegetable porridge, you need to prepare four green beans, a quarter of a yellow bell pepper, a quarter of a red bell pepper, 50 grams of cabbage, 40 grams of fresh corn kernels, 60 grams of fresh lilies, half a bowl of vegetarian broth, about 50 grams of rice, three to five grams of salt, and two to three grams of white pepper.

1. After washing the rice, put it in a pot, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and slowly cook into thick and soft white porridge.

2. Wash all the prepared green beans and bell peppers, cut them into small cubes for later use. Cut the cabbage into thin strips for later use. Wash the lilies and cut them into slices for later use.

3. Put the prepared vegetarian broth in a soup pot, add all the cut ingredients into the soup, bring it to a boil over low heat, then add the cooked porridge, stir evenly with a spoon, and cook for another ten minutes.

4. Add salt, white pepper and other seasonings into the porridge, mix well and your homemade vegetable porridge is ready and can be taken out and eaten.
