1. Both rice and noodles are very nutritious. Northerners eat noodles, so they are taller, while southerners eat rice. They are not that tall, but they are smart. Wheat is generally made into flour before being eaten, so overall, flour is more nutritious than rice.

2. The vitamin B1 in wheat is stronger than that in rice. People who often eat noodles will have less chance of getting heart disease than those who often eat rice. The vitamin B1 in rice is only half of that in wheat.

3. Some people say that eating noodles makes you fat. Does wheat have higher nutritional value? Actually, it is not the case. It is mainly because flour, such as steamed bread, has less water, while rice has more water, so eating noodles can easily make you fat.

4. However, if we analyze the protein content alone, the protein content in the small intestine is indeed higher than that in rice, but the quality of the protein is not as good as that of rice.

5. Generally speaking, the nutritional value of wheat is higher than that of rice, but modern people’s nutrition is more comprehensive, and eating noodles and rice are almost the same.
