Ingredients for mushroom porridge

Ingredients: 1 cup of white rice, 4 mushrooms, 150 grams of tender beef, a little shredded green onion and ginger Seasonings: (1) 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of starch (2) 8 cups of water, 1 teaspoon of salt, a little pepper

How to make mushroom porridge

1. Wash the rice, add 8 cups of water and soak for 20 minutes, move to the stove and bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat to cook the porridge.

2. Cut the beef into thin slices and mix with seasoning (1) to marinate. Soak the mushrooms until soft, cut into strips, add to the porridge and cook together. When the rice is cooked and soft, add the beef and cook until done.
