1. Wash the glutinous rice and put it into the rice cooker, add 20 grams of rice kernels, 15 grams of peanut kernels, 15 grams of red beans, 10 longans, 25 grams of water-soaked white fungus, 10 grams of red kidney beans, 20 grams of glutinous rice, 15 grams of lotus seeds, and 100 grams of white sand sugar.

2. Pour in an appropriate amount of water, add 25ml of rice wine, cover the pot, adjust the setting to the porridge cooking mode and start cooking the porridge.

3. After cooking, simmer for 3-5 hours (or keep warm) and then it is ready to eat.

Make full use of the residual heat of the electric heating plate. When the rice soup in the rice cooker is boiling, you can turn off the power switch for 8 to 10 minutes, make full use of the residual heat of the electric heating plate, and then turn on the power. When the red light of the rice cooker goes out and the yellow light comes on, it means that the rice in the pot is cooked. At this time, you can turn off the power switch and use the residual heat of the electric heating plate to keep it warm for about 10 minutes.

Avoid peak hours. For rice cookers of the same power, when the voltage is 10% lower than its rated value, the power usage time will be extended by about 12%. It is best not to use or use less during peak hours.

Keep the inner and outer pots clean. If the rice cooker is used for too long without timely cleaning, a layer of oxide will accumulate on the bottom and outer surface of the inner pot. Soak it in water and wipe it with a rough cloth until the original metallic luster is revealed.

The bottom of the inner pot should maintain the best contact with the electric heating plate, inner pot and pot lid. If the inner pot is deformed, that is, concave or convex, it will affect the good contact of the bottom of the inner pot and should be corrected in time.
