Ingredients for Salted Pork Bone and Dried Vegetable Porridge

A few pieces of pork bones, dried vegetables, half a rice measuring cup of Jasmine brand fragrant rice (electric rice cookers usually come with a rice measuring cup), plus a handful of glutinous rice (it is optional).

How to make salted pork bone and dried vegetable porridge

1. Rub the pork bones with salt by hand, then put them into a bowl and put them in the refrigerator without covering the lid. Soak the dried vegetables and rice for a day.

2. On the next day, put the three ingredients into the rice cooker, add half a pot of water, and cook on the rice setting until the rice is almost cooked. Then switch to the porridge setting and cook for one to two hours.

After all, the pigs are all foreign pigs. Put a few slices of ginger into the pot and cook them together to bring out the fishy flavor. Since the pork bones have been marinated for a day, they are a bit salty. You should not add salt when cooking porridge. Just taste it when eating and then add salt as appropriate.
