2. After seven or eight minutes, some foam will appear in the egg white. At this time, you can add appropriate amount of sugar and salt, and then continue to beat the egg white. After about 20 minutes, wait for the egg white to become viscous, then add a spoonful of sugar, and then continue to stir the egg white. Stop when the egg white becomes creamy.

3. Add appropriate amount of sugar, flour and milk to the egg yolk, stir evenly, then add half of the beaten egg white to the egg yolk and mix well, then add the remaining half and mix again.
