Ingredients for Colorful Porridge

2 small bowls of rice

2 tablespoons salt

1 tablespoon cooking oil

300g lean pork (cut into thin slices)

sesame oil

pepper

2 potatoes (cut into strips)

13 pieces of Fritillaria cirrhosa

7 pieces of Chinese yam

Half carrot (shredded)

5 shiitake mushrooms (sliced)

2 red tomatoes (sliced)

100g wolfberry

7 green onions (diced)

How to make colorful porridge

First, drizzle some sesame oil and sprinkle a little pepper on the pork slices and marinate them for later use.

Take a rice cooker, wash the rice, add appropriate amount of water and cook until the porridge is soft.

Add salt/cooking oil/potatoes/Sichuan Fritillary Bulbs/yam and cook the porridge for 15 minutes.

Then add carrots/shiitake mushrooms/red tomatoes/wolfberries into the hot porridge.

Things to note when cooking colorful porridge

After 20 minutes, stir the hot porridge with a wooden spoon and add a little oyster sauce before pouring the lean pork slices into the rice cooker and stirring evenly.

Continue to simmer for more than 10 minutes, add the chopped green onions and turn the cooker to the keep warm mode.

When serving, add sauce and pepper and coriander as you like.
