Ingredients for Arctic Shrimp Lettuce Salty Porridge

200g wild Arctic shrimp 100g salmon 6 leaves of lettuce A little shredded ginger 1 bowl of rice Seasoning: 1 teaspoon (5g) salt 1/2 teaspoon (3g) white pepper

How to make Arctic shrimp and lettuce savory porridge

1) Peel and decap the Arctic shrimp, cut the salmon into 1cm cubes, put them in a bowl, add shredded ginger and white pepper powder and marinate. Wash the lettuce and tear it into small pieces by hand.

2) Pour water into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then pour in the rice, crush it with a spoon, and cook over medium-low heat for 20 minutes. Add the marinated Arctic shrimp and salmon cubes (also add shredded ginger), and when the fish cubes change color, add the lettuce leaves, add salt and stir well.

Precautions

Wild Arctic shrimps are shrimps grown in the pure, unpolluted deep seas of the Arctic Ocean and the North Atlantic Ocean. People are increasingly concerned about food safety issues. Compared with those contaminated aquatic products, wild Arctic shrimps and salmon, which also come from the deep sea, are seafood that can be eaten with confidence.

Wild Arctic shrimp is rich in nutrients and contains a large amount of high-quality unsaturated fatty acids. It can lower blood pressure and blood lipids, soften blood vessels, and prevent coronary heart disease and asthma for middle-aged and elderly people. It can maintain the beauty of young women's skin. It can significantly reduce postpartum depression in pregnant women. It can also promote the intellectual development of infants and young children.

Pour the rice into the water after it boils. Many tiny cracks will appear on the surface of the rice grains, making it easier for them to bloom and ooze out starch. The starch will continue to dissolve in the water, making the porridge thicker. It can also avoid the problem of sticking to the bottom of the pot when cooking rice in cold water.

When cooking porridge, the pot may overflow. To prevent the soup from overflowing, you can add 5 or 6 drops of salad oil into the pot during the cooking process. Or you can put a spoon in the pot to change the boiling direction of the water to avoid the trouble of overflowing.
