After the pig liver is cleaned, you can add rice wine, soy sauce, and dry starch to mix well, pour it into a hot oil pan and blanch it until the liver slices stand up, then remove it for use. Heat the remaining oil in the pot, stir-fry the scallion segments, pour the fried pig liver slices into the pot, add the seasoning and fresh soup to stir-fry, and then thicken it with a little starch. The pig liver cooked in this way can effectively remove certain toxic substances, kill parasites and pathogens, and is smooth and delicious. When cooking, it must be heated until it is fully cooked and turns brown. Do not shorten the heating time for the sake of a crisp taste.
