Daily diet taboos, see what things can't be eaten together

Today we are going to share with you the taboos in daily diet. Any food has its own effects, but when paired with another food, sometimes 1+1 is greater than 2, but sometimes it will have certain side effects. Therefore, understanding the taboos of these food combinations can help us better carry out our daily diet and pay attention to your health starting from the most basic diet.

Daily diet taboos

1. Celery

Although celery is a vegetable rich in vitamins, it cannot be eaten with cucumbers, chicken and rabbit meat, otherwise it may damage the body's vitality and cause physical weakness. In severe cases, it may also lead to a series of side effects, such as hair loss, so everyone must pay attention to this.

2. Pumpkin

Pumpkin cannot be eaten with some vegetables and fruits, because the nutrients and effective substances in pumpkin, when eaten with some vegetables and fruits rich in vitamin C, may destroy the vitamins in them, and have a negative impact on the body's effective absorption of vitamins. So even though everyone likes it, they must pay attention to the dietary taboos of pumpkin.

3. Eggs

Eggs are rich in protein, but if eaten with persimmons, it may cause abdominal pain, diarrhea, and even cause stones. In addition, a series of foods such as rabbit meat, soy milk, carp, etc. are not suitable for consumption with eggs for the same reason.

4. Red Beans

Red beans cannot be eaten with rice. Generally speaking, eating red bean porridge is not very scientific, because eating red beans and rice together may cause mouth ulcers, so it is not good for the body. Especially those who have been bitten by venomous snakes or have frequent urination should be careful not to eat red beans and rice together.
