1. Wash the rice and soak it in water for 1 hour.

2. Mix the walnut kernels, sesame seeds and peanuts in a blender and grind them for later use.

3. Put rice, walnut kernels, sesame seeds and peanuts into an electric casserole, add 1.5 liters of water, cook for 1.5 hours, then add rock sugar and continue cooking for half an hour.
