[Ingredients] Watermelon rind, pork belly, star anise, soy sauce.

Ingredients: 250g watermelon rind, 50g Poria cocos peel, one carp (about 500g), light soy sauce, vinegar, salt, MSG, and 2 tablespoons salad oil.

Production

1. Wash the watermelon rind, peel off the green hard skin, and cut into diamond-shaped slices. Wash the Poria cocos peel and the carp.

2. Heat the wok, pour in oil, put in the carp and fry it for a while, then add soy sauce and vinegar, cover the wok and simmer for a while.

3. Add watermelon rind, poria peel and 1.5 cups of water, simmer over low heat until the flavors are absorbed, then add salt and MSG before serving.
