The operation steps of Guipi oatmeal porridge

1. Soak Codonopsis pilosula, Astragalus membranaceus, Angelica sinensis, Ziziphus jujuba seeds, Licorice root, Salvia miltiorrhiza, and Cinnamon twig in clean water for 1 hour;

2. Take out all the Chinese medicine, add 1000 ml of water, decoct the juice and remove the residue;

3. Add oatmeal, longan meat and dates to the medicinal juice and cook into porridge.
