Material

1. Boil water in a pot, add washed coix seeds, oats, purple rice, hawthorn and walnut kernels.

Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 1 to 2 hours. This way, the coix seeds, purple rice, and oatmeal grains will be easier to cook.

2. Turn on the fire again, and after the porridge boils, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 hours until the coix seeds and purple rice are completely softened.
