Ingredients: rice, yam, chestnut, ginkgo, mushroom, carrot, green bean, dried shrimp, ham, shredded ginger, cooking wine, June fresh, white pepper.

How to make salty and fresh Laba porridge

1. Wash the rice, soak the dried shrimps in cooking wine, dice the ham and mushrooms, peel and dice the carrots and yam;

2Put rice, chestnuts, ginkgo, dried shrimps, diced ham, shredded ginger in a pot and add enough water;

3 Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 30-40 minutes;

4 Add yam, mushrooms and carrot cubes and continue to cook for about 20 minutes until the porridge is thick;

5 Add green beans and a little June fresh and white pepper.

Salty and fresh Laba porridge operation steps

1. Wash the pinto beans, red beans, coix seeds, and peanuts, soak them in water for 3 hours, drain and set aside. Take a casserole, add 2000cc of water and the ingredients in step 1, bring to a boil, then simmer for about 10 minutes.

2. Wash and drain the glutinous rice, mung beans and lotus seeds, put them into the pot prepared in step 2, turn to high heat and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and cook for about 50 minutes.

3. Finally, add red dates, Fuyuan and rock sugar and continue cooking for about 10 minutes.
