Ingredients: 30 grams of raw ramie root, 10 grams of fried tangerine peel, 50 grams each of japonica rice and barley kernel, and a little fine salt.

How to make ramie porridge

1. Fry the ramie root and tangerine peel, remove the residue and take the juice.

Usage: Divide into 2 doses and take while hot on an empty stomach every day.
