Tomato Pasta Recipe

1. Chop the onion and garlic, peel and dice the tomatoes

2. Heat oil in a wok and fry the chopped onion and garlic until browned.

3. Add diced tomatoes and stir-fry until the tomatoes become juice

4. Cook over low heat until the tomato sauce is reduced

5. Add sea salt, coarse black pepper, olive oil, stir over low heat, add cooked pasta and mix well.

6. When cooking pasta, use plenty of water and add sea salt to the water. Do not cook the pasta for too long, as it will swell and become unpalatable.

1 To peel a tomato, you can first blanch it in boiling water for half a minute, then pour cold water (or ice water) over it, and the skin will naturally crack and fall off.
