The efficacy of ginger juice and coix seed porridge

Ginger and coix seed are both good friends of girls. This porridge can moisturize the skin and has the effect of warming the meridians and removing blood stasis. It is especially suitable for girls who suffer from dysmenorrhea caused by cold and dampness stagnation! It is very simple to judge whether you have dysmenorrhea caused by cold and dampness stagnation. If there are more blood clots or congestion during every menstrual period, then it is the case.

It has an inhibitory effect on striated muscle. It can inhibit the contraction reaction caused by electrical stimulation of frog neuromuscular specimens and the oxygen uptake and anaerobic glycolysis of rat diaphragm, and can inhibit the reaction of actomyosin-ATP system. It also has a relatively weak central inhibitory effect, which is manifested as a sedative effect on rats and mice, and can antagonize caffeine. In the EEG of rabbits, the amplitude increases and the frequency decreases, showing the functional inhibition of the central nervous system. In the rat test (tail electrical stimulation method), it has an analgesic effect, and the intensity is similar to aminopyrine. It also has an antipyretic effect, and has a better antipyretic effect on TTG (refined complex polysaccharides of bacteria) fever, but has little effect on fever caused by dinitrophenol. In addition, it has a short-term inhibitory effect on polysynaptic reflexes (cat peroneal nerve-gastrocnemius muscle specimens). It cannot reduce the lethal effect of strychnine or pentylenetetrazol. Intravenous injection in rabbits can cause a temporary drop in blood pressure, and subcutaneous injection can slightly reduce blood sugar. It has an inhibitory effect on isolated toad hearts and isolated rabbit intestines, but has no significant effect on rabbit ear blood vessels. Its toxicity is very low, and oral administration of 0.5 g/kg to mice for one month does not cause abnormal changes.
