200g betel nut taro, 250g spare ribs, 15g chopped green onion, 1 cup rice, 2 slices of ginger, seasoning: 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp white pepper, 1/2 tsp chicken stock

How to make taro pork ribs porridge

1. Chop the pork ribs into small pieces, cut the taro into small cubes, chop the green onions, and wash the rice.

2. Boil water in a pot, put in the ribs and blanch until blood comes out, then remove and wash.

3. Put rice, ginger slices and pork ribs into the rice cooker and add appropriate amount of water.

4. Press the porridge cooking button (1 hour) but it only takes 40 minutes

5. When the porridge is soft, add the chopped taro and continue cooking.

6. When the taro can be easily pierced with chopsticks, add seasoning and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
