How to make Pipo porridge

Grind the Piper longum into fine powder, select 50 grams of glutinous rice, an appropriate amount of sugar, add 500 ml of water, first cook glutinous rice porridge, then take 2-3 grams of Piper longum powder and 1-2 grams of pepper powder, add them to the porridge, switch to low heat and cook for another 5-7 minutes, and take it warm for breakfast and dinner. One course of treatment is 5 days, stop for three days before taking it again.

Effect: Piper is the immature fruit spike of Piper, a perennial herbaceous vine of the Piperaceae family. Piper porridge is recorded in the book "Taiping Shenghui Fang". It is made by boiling Piper and glutinous rice with water. It has the effects of warming the middle and benefiting the stomach, dispelling cold and relieving pain.

However, adding pepper further enhances the effect of warming the middle and dispersing cold. Taking this porridge can achieve satisfactory results for symptoms such as cold pain in the abdomen, vomiting of clear water, cold dysentery and watery diarrhea caused by deficiency cold in the middle jiao.
