[Ingredients] 50 ml of fresh Rehmannia juice (or 60 g of dried Rehmannia decoction), 15-20 g of Ophiopogon japonicus, 100 g of polished rice, a little ginger juice, and 30 g of honey.

[Preparation] First put Ophiopogon japonicus into a wok and boil the juice, remove the residue, and then cook it with the washed japonica rice. After boiling, add Rehmannia glutinosa juice and ginger juice. When the porridge is cooked, add honey and it is ready to eat.

[Usage] Take warm twice a day on an empty stomach.

【Efficacy】 Nourishes yin and moistens dryness. Suitable for heat accumulation and damage to body fluid, with symptoms of fever, abdominal distension, dry mouth and chapped lips, constipation, dry tongue coating, and weak pulse. 【Function】 Clears the nutrient and removes heat. In the formula, Scrophularia, Ophiopogon japonicus, and Radix Rehmanniae increase fluid to clear heat and cool the nutrient; Honeysuckle removes heat and transforms qi; millet and crystal sugar nourish yin, clear heat and harmonize the middle. All the ingredients are combined into a meal, which is most suitable for the symptoms of summer heat damaging the nutrient and yin, but the evil of qi has not been completely resolved.

[Precautions] People with weak spleen and stomach and loose stools should not take too much.
