It is ginger and black bean porridge. The specific method is: 3 to 4 slices of ginger, and the amount of black bean should be enough to soak 1 bowl of rice porridge without feeling salty. First wash and mash the ginger, put it in a bowl with black bean and mix well, then pour the cooked and boiling rice porridge into it, and drink it while it is hot so that it is not too hot. How to make black bean porridge

[Ingredients] 10 grams of fermented black beans, 10 grams of schizonepeta, 10 grams of ephedra, 15 grams of kudzu root, 10 grams of gardenia, 30 grams of gypsum, 7 scallions, 10 grams of ginger, and 100 grams of polished rice.

[Preparation] First decoct the above medicines, remove the residue and take the juice, then add rice to cook porridge.

【Usage】 Take it on an empty stomach. After taking it, cover yourself with a blanket and lie in bed until you sweat slightly.

[Efficacy] Dispel wind and clear heat. Treat exogenous cold evil and internal heat, with symptoms such as aversion to cold, fever, headache, body pain, no sweat, thirst, craving, red tongue with yellow fur, and floating pulse.
