Ingredients: 6 grams of costus root, 30-60 grams of polished rice, 20 jujubes, and appropriate amount of white sugar.

Introduction to the method of red jujube and atractylodes lancea porridge

Remove the core of the jujube, soak it and cook it into porridge with rice and water. When the porridge is almost cooked, add costus root and cook for a while longer. Add sugar and mix well.

Usage: Take 2 to 3 times a day, warm.

Efficacy: Strengthens the spleen and stomach, dries dampness and stops diarrhea. Suitable for children with spleen deficiency, abdominal distension and diarrhea.

Note: It is not suitable for children with malnutrition or gastrointestinal stagnation.

Jujube, also known as red dates, dried dates, and jujubes, originated in China and has a history of more than 8,000 years of cultivation in China. Since ancient times, it has been listed as one of the "five fruits" (peach, plum, plum, apricot, and jujube). Red dates have the effects of replenishing qi, nourishing blood and calming the mind. The high vitamin content in red dates has a healthy effect on the human body's capillaries. Use 20 red dates, 1 egg, 30 grams of brown sugar, stew in water, take once a day, suitable for postpartum care, and has the effect of replenishing qi and blood.

Jujube can promote sleep:

Red dates have the effects of nourishing the spleen, nourishing blood and calming the nerves. After dinner, boil red dates with water and drink the juice; or cook porridge with lily; drink soup and eat dates before going to bed, which can help you fall asleep faster. Use 1000 grams of fresh red dates, wash, remove the core, take out the flesh and mash it, add appropriate amount of water and simmer it over low heat, filter the juice, mix it with 500 grams of honey, mix it evenly on the fire to make date paste, and bottle it for later use. Take 15 ml each time, twice a day, and take it continuously to prevent and treat insomnia.
